* Modoolar offers free bugfix service for its libraries and products published under Modoolar End User License. For custom modules developed for your project, you will need to purchase a Project Quality Assurance Pack.

** The service reaction time refers to the time it takes for our customer support team to respond to business-related issues and questions. It does not relate to the time it takes for our technical team to resolve technical issues. Technical service availability is managed through our Modoolar Hosting SLA packs.
