Modoolar End User License Agreement v1.0

This software and related files ("Software", and any other software produced by Modoolar, hereinafter referred to as "Applications" or "Modules") may be used for the purposes agreed with Modoolar (performed without modification except by Modoolar) only if you have (through Odoo Apps or through a contract with Modoolar) purchased a valid license from Modoolar who is the sole owner of the proprietary copyright in the Software. For the sake of clarity, everything that, regarding the right of use and limitation of rights in this license applies to the Software, also applies to the Applications or Modules.

The Software is provided for use by Modoolar without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Modoolar or the authors be liable for any claim, damage or other liability related to the Software and its use.

In order to legally use the Application, you must purchase a valid license for the Application either directly from Modoolar or from the Odoo Apps online store. One copy is purchased for each production database (purchase also grants rights to install the Application for unlimited development and staging environments).

Copying, modifying, publishing, distributing, sublicensing or selling copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software without the express written consent of Modoolar is prohibited.

It is prohibited to modify the source code of the Software (as well as of the Application and Modules) and share or sell such derivative solutions.

It is forbidden to place the source code of Software, Applications or Modules produced by Modoolar on sites that allow public download of their source code. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to add any peace of the Software`s code to public repositories (use private repositories instead).

This license allows anyone to develop their own modules based on Modoolar Software as a library, but exclusively for their own needs and without the right to further commercial distribution.

Modoolar reserves the right, in order to protect its rights under this license, to take any legal action without any further notice.

Violation of the terms of this License, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in severe sanctions and liability for actual and potential losses, as well as sanctions against your various accounts (including, but not limited to, sanctions against your Odoo.com and Git accounts).
