- You have proven experience in managing software implementation projects, including defining project scope, creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing stakeholders
- You drive project success with a highly proactive and results-driven approach, always seeking effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- You possess strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, proven in managing software implementation projects
- You excel at managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of project outcomes and drives them to completion
- You possess keen analytical skills, enabling you to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, while expertly prioritizing tasks
- You are an assertive and highly effective communicator, adept at fostering clear and collaborative relationships with both your team and clients
- You are an excellent team leader and collaborator, capable of motivating teams and working effectively with clients
- Ideally, you have a B.S. or M.S. in Business Management, IT, Project Management, or a related field, and potentially hold a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- You have a good understanding of business processes (ideally in areas like Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting) and a general understanding of software development lifecycles
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
About the Position
- The primary objective of this role is to plan, lead and ensure the successful delivery of Odoo implementation projects for our clients, utilizing relevant project management methodologies and tools
- This involves defining project scope, developing comprehensive project plans, establishing clear and realistic timelines, and effectively allocating necessary resources
- Furthermore, the role encompasses the creation and management of business iterations (sprints), including defining their duration and prioritizing individual tasks within each sprint to optimize team productivity (workflow)
- A core function is to monitor project progress with the aim of ensuring timely completion of tasks, quality standards and adherence to contractual obligations
- This role necessitates effective collaboration and communication with team members and clients throughout all project phases
- A significant aspect of this role is to proactively manage project risks and identify and rectify any irregularities during project execution
- This position requires a strong focus on tracking project timelines, controlling and analyzing spent time versus planned time for tasks
- This role includes active participation in project budget planning and formulation, as well as the continuous monitoring and control of expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsibilities also include project evaluation, results assessment, comprehensive project reporting, creation of project documentation and providing suggestions for improvements
